Eligibility Criteria for Senior Teachers

Educational Qualifications

  • Subjects: Hindi, English, Mathematics, Sanskrit, Urdu, Punjabi
    • A graduate degree in the relevant subject from a UGC-recognized institution.
    • A degree or diploma in education approved by the NCTE or the Government.
  • Science:
    • A graduate degree with at least two subjects among Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry.
    • A degree or diploma in education approved by the NCTE or the Government.
  • Social Science:
    • A graduate degree with at least two subjects from History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration, or Philosophy.
    • A degree or diploma in education approved by the NCTE or the Government.

Candidates must also possess a basic understanding of the Hindi language in the Devanagari script and familiarity with Rajasthani culture.

Age Criteria

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years (as of January 1, 2026)

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST/OBC/MBC (Male): Up to 45 years
  • SC/ST/OBC/MBC (Female): Up to 50 years
  • General Category (Female): Up to 45 years
  • Widows/Divorcees: No upper age limit
  • Ex-servicemen: Relaxation based on years of service, up to 50 years

Application Fee Structure

  • General/Unreserved and OBC/MBC (Creamy Layer): ₹600
  • SC/ST, OBC-NCL, MBC-NCL, and EWS: ₹400
  • Persons with Disabilities (PwD): ₹400
